After spending 31 years as a Wall Street recruiter, I decided to follow my passion for helping people improve their health and overall lifestyle. I dedicated myself to studying for the NASM (National Academy of Sports Medicine) certification exam — a challenging program that I was proud to successfully complete — becoming a Certified Nutrition Coach. My approach focuses on sustainable results through realistic habit changes, lifestyle coaching, and personalized support. I believe there is no “one-size-fits-all” solution, which is why I work closely with each client to find the best plan based on their goals, preferences, habits, and expectations.
